ABOUT MY ZODIACGAL.COM ORDER

All cancellations MUST be received within 12 hours of initial purchase. You must contact us within 12 hours. Even if we do not respond immediately, your request to cancel must be received within 12 hours for the cancellation to update.

You will receive tracking information via the e-mail address supplied at the time of purchase, once your item is ready to ship. If you don’t receive a tracking number, first check your spam folder. If that e-mail is not received within 7 days of purchase please e-mail us at support@zodiacgal.com so we can manually issue the tracking information.

If a discount code, promotional code, or sales price does not update to your order, please email us at support@zodiacgal.com Once the code is verified as active and applicable to your order, we will have the corrected price updated to your card within 48 hours.

An order on rare occasions may be delayed or cancelled due to customs related issues and/or shipping issues. If there is a delay on an order we will allow the customer to choose the option of continued delivery or cancellation. A delay constitutes more than seven business days past the confirmed shipping estimation of arrival (3-6 business days for processing AND 7-12 business days for shipping). An order will never be cancelled without an emailed explanation to the customer.

You may only use one promotional or discount code per order. We do not allow stacked promo/discount codes.

First please check the spelling of the promotional/discount code. Then please check the main page to see what the active promotional/discount code codes are for ZodicaGal.com. The code you have may be expired. Additionally, make sure the complete cost of your items qualifies for the promo or discount code. If these troubleshooting measures do not work please email support@zodiacgal.com with the items you have attempted to purchase as well as the promotional code so that we may troubleshoot the issue.

We attempt to deliver quality merchandise on every order, but on rare occasions there may be an item that arrives to you damaged. If you received a damaged item please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to support@zodiacgal.com Upon confirmation and acceptance of the damage indicated, we can send you a replacement item (the same product that was ordered initially) free of charge, or we can process a refund for you. Please specify which method of resolution you opt for in the email when sending a picture of the damage.

You will receive your order confirmation, minutes after the order processes via email. If you do not receive an order confirmation please email support@zodiacgal.com for a confirmation email to be sent to you manually.

We accept debit/credit payments with cards that feature the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo. We also accept PayPal payments with debit/credit cards that feature the Visa, Mastercard American Express, or Discover .

Sometimes, although an order had been cancelled or refunded on our end, it may take up to five business days to resolve depending on the bank or credit card company used. We will always send you a confirmation of a refund or cancellation. If a charge is not reversed within five business days from the date of cancellation/refund please email at support@zodiacgal.com.com so that our accounting team can investigate further.

Jewelry & Custom Jewelry: After you submit your order, it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours and from there it will take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive in the continental United States. International orders require an additional 3-5 business days of shipping time. 
For Tshirts and Sweatshirts: After you submit your order, it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours and from there it will take an additional 3-6 business days to arrive in the continental United States. International orders require an additional 3-5 business days of shipping time. 
For Phone Wallets and Cases: After you submit your order, it will take us 3-5 business days to process and ship your order (in-case you need to change your shipping address, adjust your order, …etc). At this point, it will take between 7-12 additional business days for domestic packages (US continental states) and 1-2 additional weeks for international packages. 

This would be unlikely to happen and would most often pertain to large orders, but there may be a hold placed on your card that exceeds that cost of the item (s) and once the final cost is calculated and processed the account is debited the exact amount due. Should this be the case for your order, rest assured that this would be resolved quickly and you would be updated with a timeline based upon the specific situation.

When an order doesn’t go through or your internet connection gets interrupted during the checkout process you will sometimes see multiple charges for the same order. The duplicate charge will automatically fall off your account within a day or so. You can call your financial institutions to confirm this, but generally those types of duplicate charges do not require you to do anything.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship everywhere, and if the Post Office can reach you we can ship to you!

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the item is set to ship. On rare occasions this may be delayed past the 5 days for fulfillment, but you may email us at support@zodiacgal.com and we will get the tracking information / status sent out to you manually.

We understand that there may be issues with shipping and do our best to minimize and avoid these issues.

We request that you make sure that your shipping address is correct so that your package gets to you. If there is an error with the address imputed, unless that order is classified as undeliverable AND returned to ZodiacGal.com no refunds/exchanges will be issued.If there is a delay on an order (due to customs or shipping) we will allow the customer to choose the option of continued delivery or cancellation. A delay constitutes more than seven business days past the confirmed shipping estimation of arrival (3-6 business days for processing AND 7-12 business days for shipping).

If your package was delivered but you did not receive it or if your package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: support@zodiacgal.com and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.

For missing international packages, we will not be able to send out a second package. We will offer, on a case to case basis a 70% refund of your total order cost.

We generally strive to send multiple orders to the same customer together, however on rare occasions the items may be sent as separate orders. If this occurs you will have tracking assigned to each order. If you do not see tracking information per item please e-mail support@zodiacgal.com.com so that our shipping department may investigate further.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations

Please email us at support@zodiacgal.com and  we will do our best to make it right!   To process a return, please send back the item you wish to return and upon receipt of the merchandise we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days and depending upon the bank / financial institution it may take an addition 2-5 business days to reflect on your end. Please note that items must be in new and unused condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. At this time, shipping fees for returns are non-refundable. Please note that there are no returns for jewelry that has been engraved.

We are happy to complete an exchange upon request! Please email us at support@zodiacgal.com to specify what you would like the replacement item to be and please send back the item you wish to exchange. The replacement item should be of equal or lesser value of the item being exchanged.  Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue the requested replacement within 3-5 business days. Please note that items must be in new and unused condition in order to be eligible for the exchange. Item must be received within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for the exchange. There are no exchanges for jewelry that has been engraved.
